Mr. Pasuphat Vasuwatphokin (X), a civil engineer and the founder of MONTIVA Hillside Residences.
For many years, I have been involved in designing, developing, and delivering homes that people are proud to own. Before MONTIVA, I developed Cozy Pool Villa Hua Hin and Cozy Monte Pool Villas Hua Hin—two successful residential communities created for homeowners seeking either a peaceful place to live or a quality investment with long-term rental potential for international residents.
Our responsibility has never ended on the day we hand over the keys. We have continued to care for our homeowners through comprehensive after-sales services, including property management, swimming pool maintenance, landscape care, housekeeping coordination, and ongoing home maintenance.
These long-term relationships have allowed us to understand what homeowners truly value—not only in a house, but in the experience of living well. That journey inspired the creation of MONTIVA.
Rather than simply building another residential project, we wanted to create a community where architecture, nature, and thoughtful service come together to support a better quality of life.
As a civil engineer, I believe every great home begins with a strong foundation—not only in construction quality, but also in careful planning, honest craftsmanship, and respect for the natural environment.
MONTIVA Hillside Residences reflects everything we have learned over the years. It is a place designed not only to be owned, but to be lived in, enjoyed, and cherished for generations.
คุณพสุพัฒน์ วสุวัฒน์โภคิน (เอ็กซ์) วิศวกรโยธา และผู้ก่อตั้งโครงการ MONTIVA Hillside Residences
ตลอดหลายปีที่ผ่านมา ผมมีโอกาสพัฒนาโครงการที่อยู่อาศัยมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเริ่มจาก Cozy Pool Villa Hua Hin และ Cozy Monte Pool Villas Hua Hin ซึ่งได้รับความไว้วางใจจากทั้งผู้ที่มองหาบ้านเพื่ออยู่อาศัย และผู้ที่ต้องการลงทุนปล่อยเช่าระยะยาวให้กับชาวต่างชาติ
สำหรับเรา ความรับผิดชอบไม่ได้สิ้นสุดลงในวันที่ส่งมอบบ้าน เรายังคงดูแลลูกบ้านอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผ่านบริการหลังการขายแบบครบวงจร ทั้งการดูแลสระว่ายน้ำ สวน งานแม่บ้าน การบำรุงรักษาบ้าน และการประสานงานด้านต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้เจ้าของบ้านสามารถใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างสบายใจ แม้ในวันที่ไม่ได้อยู่ประเทศไทย
ประสบการณ์จากการดูแลลูกบ้านจริง ทำให้เราเข้าใจว่า สิ่งที่ผู้คนกำลังมองหาไม่ใช่เพียงบ้านที่สวยงาม แต่คือสถานที่ที่ทำให้การใช้ชีวิตในทุกวันมีความสุข สะดวกสบาย และเต็มไปด้วยคุณภาพ
แนวคิดนี้จึงกลายเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของ MONTIVA Hillside Residences โครงการที่ไม่ได้มุ่งเน้นเพียงการสร้างบ้าน แต่ตั้งใจสร้างชุมชนที่ผสานธรรมชาติ สถาปัตยกรรม และการบริการเข้าไว้ด้วยกัน เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้อยู่อาศัยอย่างแท้จริง
ในฐานะวิศวกรโยธา ผมเชื่อว่าบ้านที่ดีเริ่มต้นจากรากฐานที่แข็งแรง ทั้งในด้านคุณภาพการก่อสร้าง การวางแผนอย่างรอบคอบ ความซื่อสัตย์ในรายละเอียด และความเคารพต่อธรรมชาติของพื้นที่
MONTIVA Hillside Residences คือผลลัพธ์ของประสบการณ์ ความตั้งใจ และบทเรียนที่เราสั่งสมมาตลอดหลายปี เราไม่ได้สร้างบ้านเพียงเพื่อการซื้อขาย แต่สร้างบ้านที่ผู้คนจะอยากใช้ชีวิต เติบโต และสร้างความทรงจำที่งดงามไปอีกยาวนาน
